After Sales Service

As much as we listen to our clients of their requirement during pre-installation stage of the solar system, we at Sun Ray Energy continue the communication process with the client in the same manner during post installation period mainly focusing on after sales servicing and preventive maintenance process.

Our technical team headed by an Engineer have been assigned to trouble shoot post installation technical hiccups that may occur due to various reasons.

Sun Ray Energy offer a free service arrangement during the first year of installation of roof top on grid solar system. Client has the option of continuing this process with Sun Ray Energy beyond the first year on entering into a maintenance agreement at a mutually agreed fee on per service basis.

Warranty

Substantial investment on solar systems naturally would require comprehensive warranty on main components and accessories to protect the investment risk.

Sun Ray Energy always assures their clients secure comprehensive warranty on solar panels (sometimes manufacture’s direct warranty), inverters, mounting structures, switchgear and cables etc. pertaining to all solar energy systems installed by us.

Insurance

A comprehensive insurance cover in the name of the client for the full value of the system is also offered to the client at no additional cost.

The subject insurance cover will be in the name of the client and will protect the solar system against the risks of risks fire, lightning, windstorms, floods, over voltage, short circuiting or leakage of electricity, explosion, impact damage, escape of water from any tanks, apparatus and pipes etc.

Client’s Hand Book

We believe that the client needs to be aware of system parameters and performance, warranty details etc. which is compiled to a booklet called “Client’s Hand Book” and handed over to the client completion of installation of the solar system.
